Rules:
1. This forum doesn't allow major spamming such as short short posts or double posting.
2. Obey the forum administrators.
3. Swearing is allowed, but only to a minimum. If the character one creates is prone to cursing, then by all means, do so. However, don't swear everyother word.
4. Romance is allowed, but please keep it pg-13.
5. When speaking out of character[ooc], please write OOC at the start of it. without it, it makes it look like your character is still speaking
6. All roleplay posts must be in THIRD PERSON PAST TENSE. I.E:: "Eragon ran up to Roran and gave him a big hug." instead of:: "I run up to Roran and give him a big hug."
7. If you do not know how to roleplay, ASK FOR HELP!!!
8. The characters you create may not be mary/gary sues. Which means, your characters CANNOT be perfect. Your character can't speak all languages fluently or be awesome in every weapon skill. Another example of mary/gary-sueing is: Tony is the best warrior in all the land and not even Meru himself can defeat him. that is illegal
9. You must be AT LEAST semi-literate to roleplay. Which means sentences should make sense and no IM abbreviatons and only minor gramatical errors. Also it means that modern day terms like chill out and dude are no-nos
10. Please check your capitalization, grammar, and spelling.
11. You cannot god-mod either. This is when you say what a character is doing or what they do without them have already said it. Exceptions are NPC's, Dragons, your character, and things others have already said they were doing.
Ex: Kevin swung his sword at Bob who ducked under it and thrust his club into Kevin's stomach. (you are Kevin)
12. NO DRAGONS. Not rider less. Not wild. Not with rider. your dragon is an NPC. If you want a dragon make a rider.
13. It is allowed to be allied to the Empire or to be allied to the Varden but NEITHER one can attack or kill another member without their permission. You WILL be banned if someone reports to any administrator without warning and you won't be allowed to rejoin.

There is a new policy on account numbers:
15: All members will be allowed 1 character no matter their situation. If you remain Active you may create another Character. You WILL know if you are active (In other words on more than once a week).
THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE ASKED ABOUT MAKING A 3RD ACCOUNT. Normally I would be against it but I have come to a comprimise that will allow you to do it BUT YOU MUST MEET ALL OF MY REQUIREMENTS.
1: you need to keep both accounts active and model members. In other words you have to make sure you on a lot with both not just one occasionally and the other a lot. It also means that both accounts need to follow the rules. When you are first creating your account as long as you don't insult people and you stay understanding, mistakes that you are requitred to fix will NOT be counted as rule breaking.
2: You must be able to proove that you can roleplay with both characters without them being in the same topic. In other words most people only use their side account in the same place their other account is located. If you can roleplay within the rules of the forum with your accounts in 2 different threads at one point in time you will havechecked this off your list.
3: YOU HAVE TO GET PERMISSION DIRECTLY FROM ME

update on inactivity:
If you have been with the guild for more than one week and you have not asked questions about how to create an account or given any signs you plan to create an account you WILL be deleted without notice. This is to keep the forum active and fun. I have personal experience about what happens if a forum gets too many inactive members.
NOTE: If you have been accepted or even if you have posted a bio and are either making it or waiting to be accepted you will not be deleted.
