Description: With a tall, slim body with muscles rippling it, many men find her most attractive. Her long black hair is often held back by a thin leather band.
Recently, dark circles hace hung under her eyes, her face filled with sorrow and sadness.
Past: 107 years ago, the queen of Ellesmera had a child. The mother, Islanzadi, named the child Arya. Arya grew up strong, filled with knowlede. She had a happy childhood, and was cherished by the other elves, as children are rare in Ellesmera. When Arya was older, she joined The Varden, wanting to help with the riders. Ajihad went along with Broms idea a little later, to transport Saphira's egg from The Varden to Ellesmera. Brom and Arya were elected to do so. But it did not go as planned while Arya had the egg. She was traveling with the egg, with two other elves to lead her safely, when they were attacked by Durza and Urgals. When Arya saw the Urgals killed her men, she tried to run off with the egg, to protect it from Durza. He and the other Urgals got to her though, but before they could do anything, Arya transported the the smooth blue round object to Carvahall with magic, just as she was struck by light from Durza. She fell unconscious from the magic. Durza brought her to Gilead, where she recieved tortured to find out where the egg was. But Arya, being strong, took in the torture and did not reveal anything. Durza gave her a poison monthly, and later the antidote. Eventually, Durza grew tired of torturing her, and told his men to do with her what they wanted. But Arya had enough power left to keep them from doing anything to her. Eragon came and rescued her, but came a bit to soon. She had just been given the poison the previous day, and not the antidote. She had put herself into a ward in her mind, and would not awaken till the antidote was given to her, or death over came her. The trance would save energy though, and through that, let her live longer.
Eragon healed her wounds, and was slightly attracted to her. When he tried to enter her mind, he was first attacked mentally, but afterwards was told the hiding place of the Varden. They began traveling to Farthen Dur, where the Varden was located. On arrival, she was given the antidote, and the wounds that Eragon could not heal were healed.
Arya found nothing wrong with Eragon, and thought him fit for a rider. She fought in the war not long after, and saw Ajihads death. Arya was also present when Ajihads daughter, Nasuada, was given the throne, and Eragon pledged to her.
Not long afterwards, she travled with Eragon and the dwarf Orrin to Ellesmera. On arrival, she was re-united with many companions, and her mother. She struggled also, with Eragons love for her. He was very forward with her, though she was not sure of him.
She fought with the Varden in the Battle of the Burning Plains, and after all the suprising happenings of the twins betraying them, and Murtaghs dragon, she was suprised. None would have thought though, as she hid her feelings carefully.
**A bit later**
Arya was pleased when she heard of the new dragon eggs. Basiccly a new beginning she would think to herself often.
When Iio and Syra left, she was completely filled with joy. It really was a beginning, or so she thought.
When she heard word that Eragon was killed, she didnt know how to react. She was suprised. At first she hoped it was some sick joke, but she knew it wasnt.
The truth was, she loved him. She only now, just realized it. Why didnt I ever tell him? She would think to herself ever so often.
She sobbed often in the privacy of her room, and ever since the death of Eragon, no one can recall hearing her laugh or seeing her smile.
When Meru took over Alagaesia, and Arya was told, she had no reaction. She just looked off into space, with no response. When she was told her mother was murdered, she gave no response. She was the right owner of the throne over Ellesmera, but she refused it, and let Syra Ieth take it instead. I am not fit for a ruler. she thought.
Intro: Arya looked out the window from her room. It was night, and only a dim candle lit the room. It was late, and most everyone was asleep. Outside, she could hear two cats fighting, and a dog barking. But she took no notice of these things. Her eyes were read, as she had just been crying.
She wore loose black pants, and a black shirt with a V neck. She often wore black and other dark colors. Some thought she was mourning for her mother, though she was really mourning for Eragon.
She got up, and slipped on some black shoes, a cloak, and slipped out of the house she was staying in. She often went for walks in the middle of the night, to get away from things.
Arya looked up at the tall dark buildings towering over her, her eyes glazed over as she didnt really take anything in. Thoughts just ran through her mind, almost like there was more than one in there.
Why didnt I tell him? I should have. Why was it him that was killed? She often wished that it had been Iio, or Syra, who had been killed, and felt guilty for it.
Arya put on the cloak, pulling the hood over her soft hair.
If I had told him, and we became... wed... would he have left, and been killed?
She couldnt stop the tears though. As she walked on, she weeped silently, her hand clasped together infront of her.
A soft breeze came, and she finally stopped crying. She turned back to the house, and walked home.
