Here is my (Iio') shade character that I had before Crisov. Feel free to adopt him, and I already have 2 siggy's that were made for him. But I think he may have to die at the hands of Iio', so adopt him only for semi-short term use.
Name: Denetrius (Den for short)
Age: appears 17
Gender: Male
Race: Shade
Hair//Eye color: White // Dark, deep Blue
Height: 6’ 5”
Weight: 179
Town of Origin: also unknown
Weapon of Choice: Sword
Magic experience: very skilled
Languages: Human, Ancient, Urgal
Description: Den has hair as white as snow. It is spiked, and about 2 inches long. Only the top is spiked, the rest is either flat or messy, depending on weather he combed it or not. He has deep, dark blue eyes with very, very small black pupils that, from afar, cannot be seen. There is little white around the blue, so it almost appears as if the whole eye is the dark blue. The blue looks like a midnight blue, so dark it could also be mistaken for black. He has a small nose, and pointed ears exactly like an elves. He has two pointed teeth like a vampire, but the rest are normal. They are as white as his hair, and could pierce many things. He has fair skin, also like an elves. He has a round chin and a normal neck. He is skinny, but very muscular and strong. His whole body has muscle to some extent, and he has not fat on his body. He has all the grace and fluidness as most elves, and can only be beaten by the most skilled of warriors, and even then it is an equal battle. He likes to kill, he actually enjoys it. He has no mercy at all, and will not hesitate to slaughter a whole village, women, children, everything. He can’t hide who he is though, so anyone who sees that he is a shade either runs or bows. He commands respect and fear, yet he is still deathly afraid of water, as he cannot swim. He will not travel anywhere by boat, so he has never been to any of the Alagaesian islands. But, the only way to kill him is to stab him in the heart, or else he will, like all shades, appear somewhere else, just more powerful.
Clothes: He wears very nice clothes, not elven made, but the best that humans can make. Galbatorix supplies everything Den needs, so he can have anything he wants. He usually wears black, short sleeve shirts that are slightly baggy, and underneath that, white, tight, sleeveless shirts. His pants are black too, and are too slightly baggy. He wears brown boots, but his baggy pants cover all but the toe and heel of the boot. He has his sword sheathed at his side, which is silver and straight. The sword is made of the finest materials in Alagaeisa, and cannot be dulled or broken. It is long, and of medium width.. He has a shield on his back, but only when he plans to fight someone challenging or going to war. He wears a black cloak that is pin at the neck, and has a baggy hood. He pulls the hood over his head when he doesn’t want anyone to see that he is a shade. It is also made out of the finest materials that humans can come across. When going to war, he has a special armor that fits his body perfectly. It moves with his graceful body. It is silver and scratchless, not that anyone hasn’t touched it with their sword, it is just that it is enchanted. His shield is made from the same materials as his armor and sword, which is the finest, even by elven standards. The chest plate is very thick, and cannot be pierced from any angle, to prevent stabs to the heart. The shield is just a plain sliver shield, though scratchless and impenetrable.
Reason of Character?: He turned a shade, and since then has been training non-stop. He has been a shade for almost a year now, and has not yet even made a dent in the chaos he plans to cause. He is not directly allied with the empire and Galbatorix, yet since the death of Durza, Galbatorix values him. Glabatorix will have Den do certain assasin jobs, and will send him to direct certain armies, or just to instill a fear in the people he is trying to defeat or persuade. Galbatorix thinks that Den is his pawn, that he can use for any job he has, but Den thinks it differently. Yes, he does do Galbatorix’s dirty work, but one day, he will be defeated. And when that day does indeed come, Den will try as hard as possible to rule the empire. But even if not that, he still gets the perks and benefits of having people think he is allied with the empire. But still, he is not allied with anyone. He would not swear in the ancient language that he will always be allied to the empire or anything of that sort. He will do certain hit jobs for anyone who will pay him enough. Galbatorix supplies anything he may ever need to try and buy him, but there are some things that Den would spend his money on that Galbatorix can’t supply. He would do a hit for the Varden if asked and paid him enough.
Past: As soon as Den took over the stupid boys body, he immediately ran. Even with his powers, he just took over the boys body, and could not have possibly took on all of the inhabitants of the boys homeland. He ran and ran for countless days. When he finally arrived at Gil’ead, he immediately bought a cloak. It was brown and did the job he bought it for, yet still wasn’t good. A solider saw his real face, and started screaming. The shade withdrew his sword, and stabbed the man in the neck. He ran to the south, afraid of causing suspicion. He ran until Uru’baen, which he knew wasn’t a good idea, but then started to think about the possibilities. He un-cloaked his head, then walked up to the castle. The guards at the castle doors saw him. Den could smell their fear, yet the held their ground. Den stood there for a moment, enjoying their fear. He at last said - “May I speak to Galbatorix?” One of the guards turned and went inside, replaying the message, then coming back out o stand guard. After a couple of minutes, a guard from the inside told him to come in. The inside had wondrous beauty. He was in a long hallway, with chandeliers lining the way until the end, where even through the length, Den could still see the huge door at the end. The guard, who Den could also smell fear from, led him the length of the hallway, until they got to the door. With three knocks, the door opened. There was a line of guards lined and situated for an attack. There, on a huge throne, with gems and semi-precious stones lining the huge chair, sat Galbatorix. Den, without fear or anxiety, walked forth. He got to the throne. Without bowing, Den spoke.
“Hello, Galbatorix. I am Denetrius, the shade. I am here, for I have no where to go. I come here to pledge my loyalty to you and the empire.” With that, he bowed. He waited for Galbatorix to speak.
“Denetrius. It is not every day a shade pledges his loyalty. I have to be honest, I am very thankful. -” Galabtorix and Den worked out the agreements to Dens alignment. Afterwards, Den was showed to an empty, yet taken care of mansion, one of many in a line on a hill overlooking the glorious city. This was his home now. The hand made that showed him to the house left as if she was in a hurry to go back and do her chores, though Den knew that wasn’t the reason. He looked out over the city. It was beautiful. He couldn’t help but to laugh. Laugh an evil, maniacal, horrible laugh.

Host (Prior to becoming a shade)
Name: Heiuto
Age: 51
Gender: Male
Race: Elf
Hair//Eye color: Brown // Brown
Height: 6’ 5”
Weight: 179
Town of Origin: Nadindel
Weapon of Choice: Magic
Magic experience: Novice
Languages: Human, Ancient
Description: Heiuto was 55, though he looked 17. He had dark brown eyes, and thin eyebrows. He had a medium sized nose and fair skin. He had a round chin, and medium sized lips. There was nothing to special about him. He was shy, yet overconfident. He had not fat, but wasn’t to muscular. His mother had died a long time ago, when he was 21, but he was over that now. As was his father.
Reason of Character?: Host for Den. Cast a spell that he couldn’t handle, causing an evil spirit to take over his body, changing it physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Past: Heiuto walked through the woods, extremely mad. His father was so unfair. They made him do everything around the house, and without magic. He finally came home, but it was very late. Night had fallen, and he was suppose to have been home. He was never aloud to stay out past night fall. He walked into his home to find his father waiting fro him. Saying nothing, Heiuto just walked past his father.
“Where do you think you are going? If you are able enough to stay out this late, I am sure you can handle yourself out there for the whole night. Goodbye.” Heiuto’s father told him. Heiuto could hardly believe what he was hearing. He turned and stormed out of the house. Now what? What was he expected to do now? He went deeper into the woods, and started a fire by magic. He wanted revenge on his father. Not just for making him sleep outside for the night, for just making his life miserable. He would be able to understand normal, parenting things, but he went over board. His father sat on the couch drinking human made alcohol, while he was expected to do everything else. And if he used magic, he would get beat.
‘Elves aren’t like this!’ Heiuto thought to himself. ‘I could see if this was some human family with financial problems, but we are none of that!’ Heiuto fell asleep. He awoke to the sound of birds chirping. He walked home, expecting to find his father drunk on the couch. That he did.
“Clean the house! It’s filthy, you good for nothing piece of crap!” Heiuto’s father said, slurring his words. Heiuto started cleaning, then he was expected to cook. He made dinner and had the house clean, when his father came up with chores to do. He was working all day, and just when he thought he was done with the chores, Heiuto’s father made him give the house another good cleaning. Finally, hours after night had fallen, Heiuto got to sleep. He awoke with a pain in his chest, when he realized that his father had his foot on his chest.
“Breakfast!” His father screamed. Heiuto got up and picked some fruit, then came home and prepared them for his father. He wasn’t aloud to leave that day, and was made to clean the house and do anything his father bellowed. He had to go to the border of Du Weldenvarden by Lake Isenstar, which was almost a two week travel to pick up some of his fathers booze’s that he bought from the humans. He got that and brought it home. It took 3 weeks. When he got home, he saw that his father had not cleaned the house. He was expected to clean that after just having gotten home from picking up alcohol. He cleaned the house, then got beat for the house being so dirty and not being clean while he was gone. He went o his room. He got a book from underneath his bed. He opened it and fingered through the pages, until page 13. He read the page on how to conjure an evil spirit to have him do evil things. There was a warning at the top of the page, saying to be careful and that if you are not a master with magic, do not attempt this spell. He thought he could handle it. He said the words. It was dark. Then a red swirl, a loud, evil laugh persuaded the night air. No face was present, so Heiuto thought it was time to speak.
“I command you to-” He was cut off.
“You? You command me? You are mistaken, little boy.” he said in a dark voice.
“What’s going on up there?” Yelled Heiuto’s father from the couch.
“Yes, I command you to-” Heiuto couldn’t finish. The spirit swirled around the boy like a tornado. It just looked like a red tornado, the boy wasn’t present. Then, when the red swirl disappeared, a shade stood in the boy’s place. He laughed the same evil cackle, then went down stairs.
“What the hell?” Heiuto’s father asked, but still drunk, so unable to do anything but stare.
“Shut up you drunken fool.” The shade said. “Jierda.” there was a crunching noise, and the father’s spine broke in half. The shade walked out the door, then ran to where the booze was normally picked up by the ignorant boy.
