"Who are you, and why are you here?" King Braac boomed at the two mystery people on their flying mounts.
"I am Iio, this is Lejei. We come here because we are being pursued by Galbatorix. We mean you no harm," Iio replied to the King's bold question.
"Who is Galbatorix? And do you too come from Alagaesia?" the King asked.
"How do you know about Alagaesia? And Galbatorix is the king of the empire that reigns over Alagaesia," Syra stated.
"There was another elf who came. He taught us a great many things which is why you are still alive right now. Come inside, we must talk," the King ordered.

Serth watched from the ground as his father led the two into the castle. He entered the castle silently. They sat down and started talking in a hushed voice.
'I wonder how long they shall stay, and whether or not their stay will be welcomed by the people,' Serth thought to himself.
An hour or two passed, and they got up from the table. They were escorted to a room in the palace, where they would undoubtedly stay. He approached his father.
"What did they want?"
"They want to take some of our people back to their land of Alagaesia. Can you believe the audcacity? I told them they can stay the night, but tomorrow morning, they are to leave, and if we recieve any resistance, they will be killed," The king told Serth.
Serth thought for a moment, choosing his words.
"Are you sure that they aren't offering us a good opportunity? They could have a cure!" Serth exclaimed.
"If I didn't know better, I would say that you want to go with them?" Braac hissed.
"Yes, I do. Frankly, I think your decision was ill conceived, and I would ask that you rethink it," Serth told the king. Just then, Brakij walked into the room, Serth's younger brother.
"What's this I hear about two new comers of Alagaesia?" Brakij asked to two.
"Yes, and they offered to take some of us to Alagaesia, but father declined," Serth told his brother before his father could reply to Serths request to him.
"We need nothing from them! There is nothing that Alagaesia could offer us that we don't have here!" King Braac yelled.
"Yes, there are a great many things that could help our people in Alagaesia. I request you allow me, and whoever of the people want to go, to be allowed to go," Serth told his father.
"That is ridiculous! Your dishonoring our family, Serth," Brakij snarled.
Serth looked at his father. Moments passed.
"I shall think on it," was all his father said, which is when he turned and left. Serth glared at Brakij, then turned and left to his room.

Serth awoke, found his father, and brought up the topic that was discussed the previous day.
"Your mother and I have decided that you, and any others who choose to go may do so," His father said, with a hint of emotion in his voice. What that emotion was seemed unreadable to Serth, but he couldn't care less. He smiled.
"Thank you father," Serth said. He turned and left, and jumping and taking flight, he flew out of the castle. He was above the market center, which held most of the population at this time of day.
"My people! As most of you know, two newcomers have come to our city from Alagaesia. They have suggested to us that we follow them back to Alagaesia when they return, and with the Kings approval, I offer to you a chance for a better life. A chance for a cure, a chance to be learn even more from the races beyond the Great Fence, and chance to teach those across the Great Fence!" Serth's deep voice boomed over the crowds. People seemed bewildered. "For those of you who choose to come, we are leaving tomorrow. Short notice, yes, but you have time to pack what belongings you can carry and say goodbye to those who aren't coming. Meet at the castle at sunrise," Serth said, which he then turned and left. He flew back to the caslte, where he packed his things. He laid down on his bed, and thought of the possible hardships he could be putting his people through, but the thoughts of hardships were replaced with thoughts of a better life than living in a dank, overcrowded city with just the thought of death looming over each one's head.

"Well, I suppose this is goodbye," Serth said to his mother and father in private.
"Yes, come back someday," Serth's mother, Sareshi told Serth.
"Yes, son, lead our people good," Braac said. He hugged his son. Serth turned to Brakij.
"Bye."
"Don't bother coming back. Your a disgrace," Brakij told Serth.
Serth smiled. "Bye." He turned, and taking flight, he flew out of the castle. Outside were about 200 Kreeshone, and already in the air were Iio and Syra.
"My people, we depart!" He said. Cheers erupted from the crowd, and they all took flight.
"Lead the way, Syra and Iio, I know not where we are going," Serth told them.
"Alright," Syra said, and they all started flying west of the capital Kreeshone city of Rajukzot.

It took the group about 10 days to reach the rebel country of Surda. The Kreeshone were told a slight history of the country and were showed maps of Alagaesia, so they knew in relativity where they were and where they were headed.
When the Kreeshone arrived at Aberon, the humans residing there were shocked and fearful, but the two leading them seemed to inspire hope in people. Serth was lead to the new leader, Aranel,

After a long talk and many fine details worked out, the Kreeshone were granted a large plot of land a days walk west of Aberon. The short distance would keep the two connected, yet it would separate the cities and each would have their own clearly defined limits. This city, named Cenaka, was recognized as being under it's own rule and allowed to do what they so choose as long as it didn't inflict harm upon the Varden or Aberon. Besides that, the soon to be built city had it's own government, society, and laws.
Aranel also instructed 350 human builders to help with the construction of the city, which were gladly welcomed by Serth, as they only had 200 people, and the faster they could build the city, the faster they could start living their new life.
The cities construction started just two days after the Kreeshone's first arrival in Aberon, and the Palace was the first to be built, and it was built completely by the Kreeshone. When you approached it, it appeared to have very small floors, but many of them. The first floor has a grand entrance, and in it is a kitchen, a meeting room, the great room, and a formal dining room. Upon walking up the stairs leading from the great room is multiple studies and libraries, and about 25 luxury suites.
The third and fourth floors, however, are only accessible from the outside of the building, and are located on the wall three floors up, only accessible if you were to fly. By doing so, only Kreeshone and Riders can enter. On the third floor is the throne room, a second great room, a kitchen, and about 10 rooms. On the fourth floor, accessible by either the outside doors, which are again on the side of the wall, many feet from the ground with no stairs leading to them, but also by stairs located from the throne room. The entire fourth floor is dedicated to Serth's suite, in which is a private study, great room, bedroom, and wash room.

The rest of the city was soon built, only taking around 45 days for it to be done. It was extravagant; it even wowed elves, which was a hard task to do. The homes were large and the market center was large and always busy. People of all races flocked here, as it soon became the center for trade and commerce for everyone. Every building minded the fact that the winged people would be using them, so they all had either large balconies on which they could land on or take flight from, and most of the homes were built similar to the castle; only accessible from the door on the third or second floor, and they were all built of a smooth marble as to prevent people climbing the walls.
The capital city of Cenaka was quite large, almost of that of Aberon. Many people would go from Aberon to Cenaka, Cenaka to Aberon. Serth was recognized as king, and he was well respected by all, not just the Kreeshone. The Kreeshone recognized him as King, not just Prince, and they treated him with the up most respect.
Serth had done it; he had risked his people's lives and moved them to a completely new environment in which he knew almost nothing of. But, overall, it was a success, and while a cure was not found, it was worth it.
"I am Iio, this is Lejei. We come here because we are being pursued by Galbatorix. We mean you no harm," Iio replied to the King's bold question.
