I can't help but notice you have still not removed MY character, Ekai Miyolin, which I created and DID NOT give you permission to put here. I can't help but wonder how many others you stole from in this board, how many whose memberships you simply erased from memory once they turned inactive.

I don't know who you think you are but this site has been dead for over a year now. Dead Inactive gone bye bye see you later. Okay No one comes here long enough to make the site worth while hence the reason why you are the only person to post here in months (aside from members form my latests sites who found out about the site and think I stay active here)
Second I am the administrator of the forum so by posting the bio on this site at any previous time dead or not you have given me rights to quote it move it or change it however I so choose. Now I chose simply to move it without any of the unnecessary comments so that the bio could simply be copied and pasted by the owner into a new thread when they (you) returned.
If you created it and someone else stole it and placed it on the site then that is not my problem as I have no way of checking the validity of user created content on the site nor do I really give a d**n frankly. I stole no bios. every bio in the board of which you speak were direct quotes copy and pasted from the original posts and placed into the graveyard so that people whose bios were five pages long didn't have to request to start over again on the site by me moving a bio 5 pages long that would only make it more difficult to read the comments made about it. As for the memberships I deleted everyone including previous staff members and allowed people to return if they wanted to so that the site was not a lie to any new onlookers thinking it was almost a 50 member strong site when really only 10 people had returned.
If you didn't show up for the revamp or the original Im sorry for your loss but frankly, right now are you really so uptight that you are 'outraged' that the administrator of a dead site that hasn't seen half decent activity since April of 07 hasn't deleted or removed your character or what ever it is you seem to be requesting of me? Come on! And for the record the only thing that is not a direct quote from your bio was how much approval you had when I made the thread.
So if you are still so pissed off about this that you feel you have been wronged.... tough luck because "Frankly my dear, I don't give a d**n".

Out of humility and common courtesy towards the truth I won't delete what I said. I will apologize though. I've grown a matured at least a little (I prefer to think so anyway) since our last encounter and when I came back to this site and saw my behavior I wanted to apologize. I treated you unfairly and with a harshness that was not deserved.
I stand by that it is not my responsibility as the administrator of a website that allows people to post their own written creation of their own free will to look out for their interests as it pertains to potential plagiarism. If I recall the situation correctly, this website had been declared dead. There was no activity and I talked with several of my former members and invited them to join me in a revamp. I tried to get the site to its former glory and in an attempt to drawn in former members and not fool new ones, I deleted all the user profiles, including all of those that had agreed to return. I moved all posted bios to a place separate from the application section. The idea was returning members could easily locate the character from the old site they wanted to reclaim. Perhaps user123 really enjoyed playing that character and didn't remember everything. This allowed the member an alternative to starting from scratch.
As you said yourself, you are a former member. If you put something here, it is by simply circular definition here because you put it here. If you hadn't decided to submit it, it would never have ended up here. There is some responsibility that needs to be taken for that. I assure you that your bio was not in anyway stolen, plagiarized, or given away intentionally by me or anyone of authority on this website.
All that aside, had you approached me in a less abrasive, aggressive, and public fashion, I may have handled the situation differently all those many months ago. You wanted my help in removing your character but clearly had no intention in respecting the fact that I was most likely the only person who would be able to give you that. Instead of beginning politely, cordially, or even simply with a firm but calm tone, you accuse me of stealing your work, disinterested deletion, and broke into all caps. In essence you tried to bully me into helping you. Ignoring for a moment my less than professional response, you clearly came here looking for a fight, not a solution.
However your request is not difficult or inconvenient, I simply declined to assist due to offense I took by your tone. So though it has indeed been so very long since you lodged this complaint, I will infarct go delete your character as payment to my fearfully inconsiderate behavior and in the spirit of burying the hatchet I offer my apologies. I don't know when I will check back on this website; perhaps it will be another couple years, but when I return it will bring me some bit of recompense to see that this gesture went noticed and appreciated. If your response is never to come and no third party eyes this thread and gives its input than I submit this to a future self to be better than you were then, better than you are now, and to seek to be better than you have become.
